Breakfast was great, the breakfast staff was above and beyond! We had a large family with a baby and the staff were great to them. Helpful and attentive to ask if we needed a high chair. Rooms were clean and ample. Water slides, hot tub and kiddie pool were a big hit. 10/10 would stay again (and have).
For the price we absolutely loved it. We only squeezed in the last 10min of the pool area, but was fun. We slept in the pool wing, beds were pretty comfy. The bathrooms are tiny, but clean and everything worked great. The breakfast buffet was seriously good: yogurt bar with fresh cut fruit, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, breakfast sandwich, donut holes, cereal. Lobby was lovely with games. We will definitely stay here again when we're back through.
The hotel is right off the interstate, making it easy to get in and get out. We got hit with a snowstorm staying here and it was colder than anticipated and our truck gelled up. The hotel staff didn’t hesitate to offer up an extension cord and found a way to get it plugged in and help us get our truck started. This experience (any many others) has shown me that Holiday Inn is the best choice in hotel. Thank you to all the staff that jumped in to help some stranded guests get back on the road!
The property was surprisingly quiet, even being close to I-80 you could barely hear any road noise. Everything was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The water park was a great bonus and added to the overall experience. The only issue I ran into was that my room key card kept deactivating several times during my stay, so I had to go to the lobby for replacements. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back.
Great find and used points for the night! Beautiful lobby, lovely receptionist, and great beds. Surprise, breakfast was included. Fruit bar, yogurt, several hot options, including croissant sandwich with bacon, cheese, and egg! Tater tots, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, cereal, and juices… Donuts… Looks like it changes every now and then but also caramel apple turnovers! Very surprised and well done. Clearly, I enjoy a good free breakfast
We stopped here for a night stay on a road trip. This was a great break for the kids. The pool is little but the slides are so fun. The room is comfortable and clean but smaller. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Their staff were great. They worked hard cleaning/ maintaining the space and keeping all in order. There are lots of restaurant options near by.
I stayed here with my travelling companion in August of 2025, we didn't use the waterpark but the rooms were clean and comfortable and they had an amazing breakfast spread, something for everyone! The staff were very nice and called us after we had been on the road for about a half hour to let us know that my companion forgot her purse...
This is such a nice Holiday Inn!! It’s been recently remodeled and I was really blown away with how modern and classy the lobby was. The rooms are nice and, more importantly, clean. The pool area was very clean and well-taken care of. They have 2 large water slides and a nice big area for younger kids to play in shallow water that includes a play structure and kid-sized slides. The breakfast was really great-better than other Holiday Inn’s I’ve been to. The staff was very attentive and quick to refill things that were running low, always wiping the counters and tables as they went. They even have a gelato shop in the hotel. Highly recommend with or without kids!!
